Does anyone have experience with Better Model Talent (BMT)?

Hey ladies, gents, and everyone inbetween.

I was recently approached on twitter by Better Model Talent (BMT) bettermodeltalent.com

I'm getting ready to respond and ask them for some more information, but I figured I would also post here to see if anyone has had first hand experience working with them before. 

If you have worked with them before, I would love to know if you would consider it to have been a positive experience, if you've worked with them more than once, if you would recommend them, and if there's anything you think I should know that they may not tell me right away.
