Sexyladies , could you please specify your question? Would you like your website to not show up in google search results? If so, you need to contact Google support
There is a way to block indexing via robots.txt or meta:

When I hear "Google Advertisement" I normally think paid search, which doesn't even allow for adult.
Might be able to do it via htaccess too. Not sure though. Imagine you could.
may I ask, why do you not want your site on google?
Sorry to be nosy, but not understanding, as most people want more advertising
