Something i really mis
First let me say that i really like modelcentro and think it`s a grat way to make money and create a big fanbase.
But there is one thing i really mis on here, and i think it can make us al much more money. I had it on my old site but because of lot`s of technical problems regarding update`s of new content i left there.
And that is the possibility to pay per minute by phone for straming video`s. Lot`s of guys prefer to spend 100 dollars by streaming video`s while paying with there phone instead of speding 19,99 on a membership.
You can charge 1 dollar or even 1,60 a minute so if they want to watch a 20 minute video they pay 20 to 32 dollars
No dowloads just streaming and paying by te minute.
I think this could make us al much more money.

Hello @Sashagreen i was thinking about Pay-Per-Minute acces to the members area so that people can watch video`s and picture`s while they pay per minute by ther phone. I`m from Europe and here it`s a very big thing.

@monasummers Your members are already able to use their phone to access your website and watch your videos directly on their phones. Why would they pay per minute to access content when they can just pay $19.99/month and have access to all of your content and watch as often and as long as they want?

It`s not about watching on there phone. pay per minute means they call a number, get a code andhave acces to you site as long as they stay conected with the phone number they dailed.
It may sound stupid but lot`s of guys prefer that over a membership. Yes they pay much more at the end of the month but they don`t care. The site i had before this people could get a membership or pay per minute and i made the most money from people that used pay per minute. Because 1,40 a minute sounds like a lot less than 19,99 a month. While in the end it`s much more and lots of guys don`t want to give there creditcard or bank details and there email. Especially when they are alredy horny, then they just want to watch porn and then it`s really easy to just dail a number, fill in a code and watch.
When you think about it it`s stupid that guys do that but who cares? If it brings us more money than i don`t care if the guys thinks it`s better to pay 1,40 a minute than 19,99 a month.

Was your site built using a CMS and what mobile billing platform did you use?
What countries were the primary traffic sources for your mobile pay-per-minute traffic?
This sounds very European to me, only because I know they're leaps and bounds ahead of the USA as far as mobile billing goes.
The only industry vertical in the USA I've heard of that's leveraging credit card free mobile billing is the non-profit sector for mobile donations.
The adult industry makes a lot more sense, as PayPal hasn't gotten their heads out of their asses yet and realized high-risk = high rewards. With PayPal being the most popular payment processor, and not being available for use for adult site payments, I could see a mobile billing being something to consider. Especially if they're worried about a spouse seeing the charges.
I can also see people thinking it might be cheaper. Hell, remember when that whole Lottery Jackpot Could End USA Poverty posts / tweets that went viral? Image below if you msised out on it. If that's the level of basic math that the people in our country are capable of. then yes, I can totally see them thinking it's cheaper.
What I can't see them doing is making the same mistake two months in a row......At least not the smart ones.
Maybe a better approach would be to see if MC could explore mobile billing and other forms of credit-card free billing. Seems like your traffic was more interested in the mobile billing than the pay-per-minute aspect, and I'd be willing to assume it's more to do with descretion than it is to do with pay-per-minute vs monthly subscriptions.
Will give a more comprehensive awnser later when i have more time.
But about the last thing, my previous site had more options than creditcard and pay per minute, there was also a possibility to pay for a month subsciption with there phone or through a system that looks a bit like paypal. Everything went through a payment provider named Pay but there are more european providers for this who have payment options worldwide so not only for european countries. epoch.com is one that is used a lot for US porn site`s
About making the mistake 2 times in a row, yes they really do that. Why? because it`s easy. They are horny and want to watch porn so then just using you phone to get acces looks easier than becoming a member. And the guys wo think like that don`t think when there finished watching o let`s become a member for the next time i wanna watch porn. No they are ready and go on with there lives until they get horny again and then they just use there phone again.
And yes off course there are guys that prefer a month membership or that only use the pay per minute onces. but that`s why it`s good to have multiple ways of payment. Because every guy prefers someting else.
@SashaGreen love the idea of pay per minute live shows, will they be avaliable to non-members? it sounds like a great way of getting new people in and making some extra income, and will current members have to pay? or will there be an option to allow members to watch for free, I can imagine some members getting frustrated with feeling like they are paying twice.
busty_von_tease ,pay-per-minute live shows will be available for website members only. However, we plan to add a free registration functionality that will be controlled by models themselves. So once it is available, you, as a model, will be able to allow or forbid free members of your site to watch your live shows, photosets, videos.
having the pay-per-minute live shows open to non-members will be the golden ticket here, I'm sure it'll cause a lot of sign-ups.

verified calls doesnt work for us overseas as they pay with checks which are really expensive and difficult to cash out. Any other services which could pay us with payoneer or paxum would be greatly appreciated. Is there this option or will be any time soon? thx

@Sylvy @SashaGreen Damn, VerifiedCall doesn't offer studio accounts, otherwise a studio could easily offer a wider range of cashout options. Was going to throw that on the table, but doesn't seem like it's happening. Was worth checking though.
A lot of sites like NF dont take girls from Brazil for eg, what is more funny is that they take Greece for instance....how many girls u see camming who are from Greece?
