Possible to put HTML or Poll into Blog?

Hi! I saw that in discussion posts we can attach a poll, is there a way to do this in my site blog posts? Or a way to attach an HTML coded poll? I'd like to be able to do polls with my members to get direct feedback while ultimately being easy to use.
