New Design/Images
Ok, So I took everyones advice regards to images and the welcome video.. Hopefully this is better 
Any other advice people can give me would be really great I have a few photo sets and videos currently scheduled to go live over the next few days, do you think its best to have everything on the website at once or to break it down and only have a limit to the stuff you upload? Im thinking of having a clear out of the older stuff I have done, but I dont want new fans to miss out on those

I'd recommend to publish new content at least 1 or 2 times a week, rather than upload all the content you have at once. You may upload everything to your admin panel and schedule publishing – you are free to choose any date for publishing.
In this case your fans will be interested in your site and will keep their subscriptions.
