Would anyone be interested in paid reviews?
Planning on implementing a review section on my site and I've got some cash I can throw around for content collaboration. Reviews is something that everyones always looking for. Anyone interested in getting paid for some reviews of camming sites and other adult networks? I know everyone here can at least draft a review of ModelCentro.
I'm thinking $50 per review, plus I'll throw in some links to your site (good for SEO), camming site, social media, ect. Open to suggestions though. I don't mind whether it's positive, negetive, whatever. Honesty is way better. Could be camming sites, sites for selling content sets, phone sex networks, whatever. Really looking for those kind of sites primarily, but it'd be cool to eventually get some things going for directory sites, review sites, FHG / link submitting sites, ect.
I'd want a ballpark 500 wordcount or more, unique content (not a review previously submitted to another site), I'd probably have something fairly structured criteria such as profit, features, support, traffic, ect. with some space for an opening (either generic for each site or drafted by the model) and a conculsion / personal opinion at the bottom.
I'd want to be able to hyperlink text within the review (for additional reading / information + SEO purposes) and modify any syntax minorly to enable such linking without disturbing the flow of the reading. I'd also want to be able able to syndicate the review to other web properties, through social media and all that fun stuff.
I've never sent money to other people via Paxum, but assuming it's not a complete pain in the ass, that would be the preferred method of payment. I've never been that fond of the IRS and unless $300 or more is paid, it's completely irrelevent anyway so I say fuck the feds and don't worry about a 1099.
Obviously there would be a quota on how many reviews could be submitted per month, due to time constrains and the fact that I ain't Donald Trump and can't break the bank. 6ish per month I think is fair. Would like to spread it out between different models and networks too.

So everyone knows, from an SEO perspective, a 500 word review is worth writing for the link value alone, without any other compensation.

(@Natalie no pressure on a comprehensive list of features, but that's my major headache in drafting that page. You guys have so much going on it can be overwhelming in ways)

Would love the Chaturbate review and the MC once I get a generic information page for the platform, which is something I need to do. Been basically using the generic Fanclub page as an information page for MC, which I need to change up.
Just need to brainstorm the criteria and headers a little bit more, make sure I'm not missing anything then I'd be good to go.
I love using Paxum for payments, so I'd have no problem with that payment service. Just a question regarding that word count... is that a minimum, or a maximum? Because I have a hard time not going over word counts :x
I'm most familiar with ModelCentro (obviously), MyFreeCams, Chaturbate, ExtraLunchMoney, AmateurPorn, Clips4Sale, and ManyVids.
@Kelliver it's a ballpark minimum. Although it's not a science, Google generally looks at pages with less than 300 words as being "Light Content". 300-500 is generally considered the "minimum word count for good SEO". There is no max word count. Id say anything over 1,500 is getting a little carried away for a review, but I've had some site / product information pages excede 2k before.
Would definetely be interested in either CB, ELM, MV and MC reviews first.
What does everyone think of the crtieria / headers? Pretty comprehensive? Missing anything? Overkill?
Still want to brainstorm that a little bit, as well as navigation, internal links and everything on my end of everything. This weekend or next week probably start rocking.
So, got 3 people so far. Still think per month is a good number, so is there 3 more people interested? Would love to spread the love around as much as possible, but if not I'll accept multiple reviews from the same people.
I think that the criteria is pretty good, standard review content and it covers the most important aspects of what models and customers alike need to know about a site. How would we be doing the ratings/score, would it be a scale of 1-5 or 1-10?
Something I think might be worth adding, although I leave it in your capable hands as to how to categorize it - how easy it is to block individual users, IP addresses, regions, etc. from viewing your profile on a given website. Some websites don't have it at all, and others you can ban individual IP's from viewing any of your content.

Privacy Protection and Regional Blocking ??/?? - Could almost bundle DMCA protection in there too, as people scraping content and posting it on other sites without geoblocking is one way identities can get compromised.
I was thinking 1-10 for the rating scale.
@WebcamStartup ;It might be difficult to judge on that one. I.e. MC has blocking from particular IP to whole countries, and when downloads are not allowed you'd have to be very very very tech savvy to dig up those links from the code. But what would stop Joe Schmoe from just taking out their phone and taking the video of the content from their monitor? Wish we could develop a bitchslap flying right out of the monitor for these cases.
1-10 is a bit too detailed (and you'd need to write up particular criteria for each stage). I'd do a Yes/Some/No if I were you.
I don't think there needs to be criteria for each number score in each category. I think it could be as simple as how the reviewer would score the site for each category based on their opinion and experience. Never been a huge fan of having things too formal.

@kenyag Camming sites, content marketplace (clip store sites), phone sex networks for right now.
Eventually I would like to branch out to include a wider range of sites, but for the moment the focus is primarily on those three categories.

1 day later with no link-building outside of automated syndication - page 1 Google for "CamSoda Review". So far I'm incredibly happy. Thanks so much @Cher for the first CamSoda review. I think this is a great content strategy and as long as people have interest in submitting these, this should be something that I can keep going indefinetely.

Checking out some of the sites you listed, some networks I haven't heard of in there. PayPerView intersts me, as this must be the business-solution side for Pimproll's HostedTube platform.
It's a shame Google mass-penalyzed every whitelabeled HostedTube site and probably every site on those nameservers. It's what made me highly sketched out with every whitelabel / cobrand platform out there.
