Any Experience With Performers Out Of India?
Don't know how many of you are aware of Indian porn laws, but it's prohibited there. I know that camming is also prohibited in some Eastern European countries, but that doesn't stop sites from accepting models or models from performing.
I'm curious if anyone has encountered any Indian performers and would love to quiz you on it. I'll fill in more details of some dialogues I'm having via PM.

I enquired re India in particular, haven't come across such a situation yet, however, in general Terms that the site requires all accounts to comply to it is stated that the site owner must comply to their local laws, which is the one thing that might be a problem. I'll let you know once there's any details about India in particular, but from what I know, their legislation binds things to fully dressed softcore/glamour content only.
I'm digging through the porn laws, prostiution laws and some people on the ground are putting out feelers in bordering countries.
We've got USD / EURO / RUPEE / BAHT exchnge rates working in our favor, so it wouldn't be as financially straining to implement a multi-country operation as it would be in the Western world.
Let me know what you come up with! Would be interested to know, not only for this current op, but also for the 5ish Indian contact form leads that I generate each month.

Aware of the laws. Doesn't mean there's not workarounds. For example; LLC in the USA and a proxy studio in Taiwan. Why I really want to find people from Asia or have interacted with people in the adult industry from Asia. Even if the studio is in a gray area, can always work it as a chrun-and-burn.
I'm sure there's plenty of Asian performers that are camming / selling content sets regardless of the laws. I know that's the situation in parts of Eastern Europe. Would be interested in discussing what the landscape really looks like and pioneering loopholes and workarounds.

I know there is tons of yaoi and hentai coming and going out from there but porn it is only legal for personal use and to hold possession with an intention to share with the public is not legal but It seem very laspe but I would not mess with it lol.

Stormy, just shot you a DM breaking down the scenario a little bit more. There's ways to do it. In fact, there has been a history of "Indian Pornstars" flying to studios in other countries and/or relocating and entering the adut industry. Main reason why I'm highly interested in reaching out to someone in the industry (professional or amateur) who might have further insight, including insight into the surrounding countries.
Then it's all about definitions in the legislation, which brings with it the added challenge of language barrier. Got India cracked via proxy but really want a point of contact in Taiwan......
