SEO Suggestion: Tag Permalinks

Doing an audit of an MC girls site and noticed that the permalinks with multiple words goes something like:

/videos/tags=word%20word2

If the code monkeys could somehow rework the permalinks to remove the "=" and place dashes "-" instead of the "%20" (damn HTML, anway) search engines will like those pages a little bit more.

Not life or death, by any means, but best practices, ya know?

we do have it like that for blog, i.e. http://tesdemo.modelcentro.com/post/22280/test-post-july, and from what I can see for videos as well http://tesdemo.modelcentro.com/scene/5976282/test-video-001 (this is my demo site)

Hmm. Maybe it got changed in an update and there's just some residial pages with old permalinks. Here's where I 1st noticed it:
