(btw, just registered domain so have yet to even set namesevers, in case you're trying to check out the site)
So going through the search analytics for my camming resource site, I noticed the rediculous amount of traffic that's scrolling 6-7 pages of Google for search queries "homemade porn", "real homemade porn", "find homemade porn", "real amateur porn", ect.
That tells me a couple things:
1) People aren't finding what they want on the 1st page. Providing that relevance *WILL* equal conversions.
2) The site thats getting that impressions / traffic isn't an actual porn site. Google might like it better because it's SFW, but work a little SEO magic and I feel I can get the property 1st page fairly easily.
3) Those fake "amateur" paysites aren't fooling people anymore and they want real amateurs.
The one major challenge:
The only sites that offer content sets for affiliates are paysites. That makes it incredibly difficult to actually build up the web property. I'm not about to just start embedding random homemade / amateur tube videos, as that creates the micromanaged shitshow of dealing with broken embed codes due to DMCA complaints, closed accounts, ect.
I do have permission to syndicate interviews from iFriends, ExtraLunchMoney and ManyVids, so that's some content, but I guarentee the traffic is going to want photo / video content.
This is kind of a delima, as no content = no website = no money = no champagne on an exotic beach = buzzkill.
Which is why I need some collaboration:
Thus, me reaching out to you beautiful ladies. If anyone wants to collaborate on content, lets do the damn thing. Don't even care if I'm promoting your affiliate program or not (greatly appreciated though!), it's the content I really need. Main method of monetization is going to be Chaturbate and SkyPrivate anyway, as I've been having good luck with customer conversions with those two platforms, even though I'm not intending to promote them that way. Leads me to believe that they'll convert the traffic nicely if it's tailored towards the customer.
Aside from referral traffic, will also provide backlinks which will help with your SEO
And would love some ideas on the actual site:
Still debating what site should this be. At this point, I'm thinking just go blog about it. Saves the headache of deciding whether to go exclusive gallery content vs exclsuive tube content vs hybrid vs something totally different that will blow your mind. Can always register a seperate domain and roll on something completely different down the road, which probably will happen as even if it's not profitable, can always rock some domain-flipping.
Just so you know, all my projects are shot from the hip:
I am probably one of the most unprofessional and least organized webmasters on the face of the planet. My method of operation includes throwing shit against the wall, seeing what sticks and once I got that down, replicating it until it's played out and maxed out. If this protocol bothers you, probably shouldn't holler at me about this.

You know, in all honesty, if I had the option between monetizing any collaboration through your MC affiliate program *OR* a root backlink from a guest post on your blog, I'd choose the root backlink. Linkbuilding in the adult niche is tough and getting root links from multiple domains would be more profitable to me in the long-run anyway.
I did kind of lie though. I *COULD* do an Xtube XML import and just go full tube style with it, but with that comes duplicate content issues and light / scraped content issues (tube sites don't have text and search engines like text) so I would really, really, really, really like to avoid something like that.
So, for the sake of dominating niches and/or flipping domains, I purchased homemadeporngallery.com and homemadepornvid.com (damn you whoever registered homemadeporntube.com!) so there's some other options out there as well. Don't have the compacity to ramp up all 3 projects at once, but it can be a slow played out process.
For those that would really, really, really like the root backlinks, maybe we can make something work with all 3, if nothing else to rock some SEO for you girls.
