Deleting Manual Added Accounts

I Gave an Account to a Affiliate who was Promoting my Site but I cant Remove the Account.  Due to the Fact I feel hes Using the Fact that he has a Affiliate Account and Now is Asking me for Money to Promote me Claiming Affilite is NOT for Marketing.

I wish to Remove him and Prevent this Mistake as Well there are a Few others that No Longer wish to Promote for Sign Ups.

I Dont think I will ONLY Give Few Days to a Month Free only to my Contest Winners.
