Having a few issues

I'm feeling a little frustrated today been working on my site.  I know its just getting use to doing all this myself and figuring out how it works

First thing, I did a live show today and my recorded show has no sound at all and it is not a clear video at all. ugh

Second thing, for some reason I cant add links to my home page, they are just not working for me. 

Any suggestions would be great

    Hi Kris Ann, I've forwarded your email to Jon - our account manager and also told him about the issue with the live show, he will investigate the issue and add links for you. We'll let you know as soon as everything is fixed.
