Alexis, if an affiliate makes a campaign with the program, he will be able to run it on the same terms. You can, however, have it manually hidden for everyone else in some time.

Alexis Dropbear, when you create a program offering, say, 50% of joins and 30% of rebills, it is offered to affiliates. They can create a "Campaign" with this program which gives them a unique tracking link to your site. Once that is created, all joins that happen through that link will render them 50% of joins and 30% of rebills, even if later you will choose to disable the program for other affiliates or new campaigns. It would be necesary to reach out directly to the affiliate and let them know that they can no longer use the old program that you created and ask them to re-generate links from a different program.
