Hi, after how long time a member can ask for a Chargeback? I got one coming regularly back, being a member for almost a year and then at the 10th / 11th month asking for a chargeback!!! I don't find it fair...

    It's supposed to be only two weeks. Sounds to me like MC should paying you. Especially if they're allowing someone to do it to you repeatedly.

    Thats not so easy with the 2 weeks. 2 weeks is only the time modelcentro holds back the money until you can payout it from modelcentro. But chargebacks can occur later.
    Credit Card holders can often chargeback via their card company until between 60 and up to 120 days.

    I agree that it isn't fair. I have people who have subscribed for a year and then they charge back 6 months or so into their subscription. It doesn't make any sense to me either.

    They should at least be charged for the months they used up.
