can we change the language of the site

I am creating my website with modelcentrro. I know that several blocks of texts are editable and some options for colors. but I found no way to enter the backend to translate my site into French. I was wondering if I absolutely had to make my site in English where it was possible to enter the source code of the site? Being a seo specialist, I'm not used to working with websites and personalization functions that are so limited, but at the same time the options for creating an adult website are very simple in relation to everything legal.
