Guests able to tip?
Would it be possible for a guest to tip without having to become a member?
I was thinking this would be a good way for people to pay for Private Shows/Skype or even goods.
Or
would it be acceptable to offer an alternative special one month
subscription at a higher price than the standard one month which
included one free Private Show/Skype?
Actually, I'm already thinking I prefer that second option. Is this something which you would allow?

As for the second suggestion, it's absolutely up to you. You are free to set up any prices and make any special offers to your fans:)
