Space bar, arrow keys to control video playback
Here's an idea to make the member experience even better when they are watching a video: give them the ability to control the playback without touching the mouse! Who knows, their hands might be busy doing something else 
These seem to be pretty widely adopted (ex: Youtube, Pornhub etc.):
SPACE BAR - Play / Pause video
LEFT/RIGHT ARROW KEYS - Jump forward or backward 5 seconds in the video
This should make it even easier for them to rewatch part of a video that they enjoy a lot, or pause at a particularly sexy moment
