What Do You Use to Backup Files?

What does everyone use to backup files. I just purchased a 100TB cloud storage plan and trying to upload 1% of my 1TB of data caused me to go over on my internet data plan. (I had no idea that my ISP had data limits and I am using gigabit internet). I am also finding out that this cloud storage I purchased is really the worst for customer service so I am looking at other options for storage. What do you guys use?

    Wow, 100TB!!! I just use a 1TB external hard drive since I don't have a backlog anywhere near that big, only around 330 gigs so far. I really prefer using hard drives over a service, I'm always leery to use a service since I feel like uploading a bunch of porn makes me a target for deletion even if they're not explicitly against it in their rules. It looks like any hard drives over 10TB are expensive as hell, though :#

    yeah so this 100TB of cloud storage was on sale for 99 bucks, totally not worth it and have ZERO customer support. I am afraid if we had an earthquake (I live in the Pacific Northwest) that my stuff would all get destroyed if it was on an external. I have everything on an external now and also have it backed up on another external but I am just looking for more security and the peace of mind to know my files are safe.
