We would like to inform you that the information in the ‘Amount on Hold’ sections of your dashboards might be incorrect. Please, don’t worry, there’s just an interface bug, which won’t affect your actual payments. 

Our developers are fixing the bug right now and you will see correct amounts on your dashboards shortly.  

We would like to apologize for your inconvenience. We accept full responsibility for the mistake and I assure you we are taking the necessary steps to prevent it from happening in the future

    fixed is exaggerated

    yesterday afternoon the support told me: we are working on it

    Today is with me: Next payout 12.09.2017

     Did I miss something? Or do we have 48 hours the 12.09.2017?
