SynC - Linking MC with PH!

When did this happen? Was offline to get a part time job. Now im back again.
Sooooo... I know this will sound weird, nothing new from me. 
How does it work? I have read the information and this is what i understood.
If users click on my sites link on PH and they join or rebil MC gets 50%?
If they just watch the content then PH will pay me from advertisment?
So you turned a trafic leak into something productive and MC gets a share for beeing able to give us the "simple" tools, like watermarking, double DMCA, only uploading once, absolute control over our content, editing, and turning our waste trafic into coins!

If i delete content from my site, does it delete it on PH?
This goes into the PH Reddit. MC Please give me a pic to use as cover!!! (anyone? ...im terrible at it...
