A few tips for modelcentro paysite owners - for July 2017

A few tips for you.

1. Post at least weekly.

If you upload your content, set it to post over a few days rather than in one go, as it will look like you update on a regular basis. Plus people can see new content is going to go on your site, so it should keep your members staying around for new updates.

2. Live shows

Use webcam sites to do live shows to get people to your paysite, or at least twitter site.

You do not need to be nude, but get on webcams.

It does not matter if your 18 or 88, you can build up a huge fan base with very ease, and can easily get thousands of followers on twitter and so on.

This is very important sfor solo model sites.

3. Exclusive Content

For me exclusive content is key.

If your content is exclusive, boast about it on your site.

If you hire pro photographers, this too is a boast.

4. Do not give it away free

Solo sites and sites with exclusive models do not need, or should I say 'should not' post rude pics/vids.

You can post pics/vids with the rude bits covered, but the key is to 'frustrate' people into joining your site in order to see the rude stuff.

I use this trick myself and I get people tell me they have joined to see a certain model only, and if I had shown her pics/vids free then they would not have joined.

Many solo model sites now are suffering from lack of sales on the basis you can see her (or indeed him) for free. So bad is this I now hardly bother to promote solo model sites.

I know affiliates now who do not promote solo model sites who post x rated content on twitter and so on, as they see it as giving it away free.

About 5 years ago I hepled a solo model out who got low sales to her site. I sugested she removed all the nude pics from twitter and so on. He sales shot up as people wanted to see her nude but could ONLY see the pics and vids by joining her site.

5. Do not rely on affiliates for sales

Too many porn sites rely ONLY on affiliates.

Its lazy and incompetent.

Plus you're giving away (on average) 50%. And out of your 50% comes all your running costs, so you will be left with very little.

6. Do not presume

One mistake some sites make is they presume people will know the site is a porn site. I have gone on a few sites and have had no idea what the site is about. And so I just leave.

7. Do not do things on the cheap

One big bug is when you go onto a site and you can tell its cheap.

Such as the domain is not a .com but some other domain (its to me looks ugly on the eye and looks like you could not afford even a .com or too lazy or too stupid to get one, and you expect me to give you my money, I think not).

Another one is clearly you have done 5 shoots for instance and expect people to join. I have seen many solo girl sites with not much content, and then see them moan why no one is joining there site.

While with amater you can shoot any old crud, as its amater. One mistake of sites trying to shoot more pro is shooting with the wrong gear and worse still wrong location.

An example is cosplay. Cosplay can be great. But I see some sites using just cheap hired costumes, and it looks dreadful. Or its shot in a bedroom. Compare that to one site that all the costumes are custom made and look like its shot in a castle (it looked amazing).

8. Rebills are important

If you get sales but people quit after a month, then you have problems.

You need to address that urgently.

You should have 99% to 100% of all sales rebilling.

10. Be different

Often being different to what others do, can make a huge difference in sales.

What makes your site unique?

11. Use social media

This is where you can get sales from.

Use them ALL.

  • Instagram - Post non nude sexy pics.
  • FaceBook - Post non nude sexy pics.
  • Twitter - Post pics. Personaly I would post non nude (why give it away free). Use it to tell people about yourwebcam shows and so on.

There are many others to use.

Use them ALL and experiment. See what works for you.

12. Put in the time

Spend at least two hours a day on your site.

Set yourself tasks.

Set yourself goals.
