Just Curious if anyone has made a sale with the store yet? or if they have have an upgrade from a FREE member?
Ive had 23 free members join, but no sales and no upgrades as of yet 
Im hoping for some advice, what do you do to make guys more interested in signing up?

I say you're not doing anything wrong. Creating a page and waiting for someone to join this site is a dream.
I've improved my website for Google (SEO) and set up very different content. From solo videos, about couple videos, to fetish videos.
I signed up for XHamster. The traffic on my website has increased a lot, but joined is so far no one. Freeloader stays freeloader.
My main proportion (99%), who join my website, I know personally.
Personally in the form of the webcam, at SM or Cam4.
I mean to say.
I think that members are less likely to join the site if they do not know you. Through this personal contact, they rather join a website.
I always notice it. Example, with Cam4 I'm only for advertising. I do my shows, which often do not bring much money. But the traffic exploded and the one or the other joined my side.
I also see this at Mydirtyhobby. Members come in the cam for 1min and then buy a video. I think it so, see if the person is genuine or not.A big problem remains with me that the website is not in all languages.

Absolutely zilch on my site so far too.
We've had quite a lot of sales in the under a week that the stores launched, but for some reason, they tend to all be on the same two dozens of websites. I'll try to see if any of those high roller sellers want to come in and share what they are doing to bring in the sales, but I can't promise any of them will get around to it. Will do my best though.
i think if your saleing clubs on sites like clips4sale , manyvids, etc that you should see what your best selling clips are and create new content on your site and sale those clips on your site. you can try to markup the clips on your off network sites and lower it on your own so they are incentive to come shop with you directly to get a better deal when they buy your content.
I've had a few vid sales on my store. I priced them the same as what I was doing on C4S & ManyVids. I completely shut down my ManyVids account and then I let fans know through Twitter & through my blog posts as to where they could now purchase my clips. The sales aren't as much as I did on those other sites, but now I'm having to drive my traffice directly to it instead of relying on "drive by" shoppers.
I still havent sold anything via the store, but Ive had 6 free members upgrade which is good
Ive just reopened my Manyvids because I miss the sales Lol. I have another selling site too and I do pretty well on there. Im not too fussed if nothing from the store sells, id rather have members anyway, but if/when we can sell goods I think the sales will go up as I only sell things like that private at the moment.
I think as far as the store goes until people get comfortable buying on a new platform the tend to wait for reviews before buying things online. that's why sites like connectpal and manyvids feel more at home to them. its also traffic to the store over time will prob see sales go up. or a niche they can only find on your site store that they can't get from the others will drive people over. lets say your solo on manyvids and bg or gg on your own store. any fan that wants a bg or gg video would have to come to your store if they hope to get that content. cross promo at the end of your videos pointing them at your preferred customer experience i think works wonders.
How can you tell if a free member upgrades to paid?

@Dre I can only tell who has upgraded because their rebill dates arent there, it says 'Not available Yet' when I asked why it hadnt showed up they said its because they have upgraded the accounts and its a running problem they have at the moment x
@Dre you'll see the sales in your transactions list when someone upgrades.
Hello,I have a question. How many characters are allowed in the description for store items because on some i'll get a few words that I typed and some part of the sentence, but never eveyrthing i typed up. Kinda defeats the purpose of a description if it isnt working properly, or am I the only one its doing that to?
So, my descriptions are very long. Partial 1000+ letters and the system accepts this amount of letters.
Modelcentro has forbidden words and if so, the system denies you the publication. (Brother, sleep, etc.)
To the left of the video description is a question mark. If you have a forbidden word in the video description, the question mark lights up red. Go to the question mark with your mouse and the prohibited words are displayed.
Hi there @CocaBBW! I'm pretty sure if it's too long it should add a "More" link to expand but it shoudln't cut it down. Could you please send a report to the support team so they could check out what might have gone wrong?
Can you please send us an example of the product with such issues so we could investigate?
As far as I can see, the restriction on description size is 65000 symbols. Should be sufficient? So it must be some sort of interface bug, please report it and we'll have it fixed right away.
I sold the few videos I put in store for a test, couple of minutes after the publication. I don't have much traffic and I don't use affiliates, but I did advertise my content a lot on cam and my site is the only place to find my videos. I understand that my customers doesn't want to buy porn, they want to buy "me". So if you have trouble selling, understand that maybe your content isn't meant for a wide audience and that you could work more on the relationship you have with your fans, create the intimacy, loyalty and bond with them. I think solo models shouldn't have the same strategy has a big porn site if they want to make money.
I don't have any FREE members upgrade yet, and there is one of them who registered 3 times with 3 different mails (same name). I guess the fact he needs to upgrade to see my videos wasn't clear enough for him so he tried many times to register, thinking of a bug maybe ? lol.
I had feedbacks from cam sites members a while ago, they said that most of them are reluctant to register their credit card on a website they don't know and that isn't a very big popular site (like cam sites), they worry about the privacy and their payment informations. I often have to explain that I use a CMS that secure all datas and send them to my privacy policy for more infos.
Thanks for replying. Weirdly enough after i asked my descriptions came up properly lol. But I had no forbidden words, i know all about that one. It would just cut off my descriptions in random places some after one word, some after half the sentence. But if it happens again ill screenshot it and send it to support. Again thanks for the replies!
So far since the Store Opened my site keeps having my xxx domain as Primary which it shouldnt be.

Still no sales on the store, but Ive had lots of upgrades which I prefer tbh. I know a lot of people would rather purchase the $15 membership than spend between $5-15 on one video
Im not too fussed if the videos/pictures don't sell As I wanting the store for hard items like Panties, prints etc
Its a nice addition to have on the website though, so I will keep it up there and contiune adding exclusive videos on there, maybe one day Ill make a sale :P
Ive had a few guys telling me they don't like it being in $, they don't like adding their details to a site they don't know, they prefer buying privately so they dont get emails that their girlfriends can see etc, so I think the store wont be a big hit with my fans
ElizabethHunny With your fourth point, I agree with you. It is also with a problem that Centrobill does not accept any Paypal. Some other major payment providers have the offer.
But, I can imagine with not covered PP account. Especially when joining the site. Buying videos is ok and no reversing booking.
I get a lot of inquiries as to whether I accept Paypal. I myself have not had PP for years. PP did not want it because of their policies. Did PP know what the revenues are. A good friend has a tobacconist with PP automaton. He tells, this machine is used by many people. Because PP account can load with bank notes. 3 times may guess what the people with the PP account.
I have many returning Member at Skype. You buy an Amazon gift card at the petrol station. So that the woman does not notice anything, because every debiting of the credit card is to be seen.
I also have no sale in my store. The same is for free registrations.
But I have to say, I wrote on my join page, what he gets at free registration and what he gets at upgrate. (In points)
It can be that it is because I have only 2 free registrations.
One free registration is from one tube page and the other from models.xxx.
But, quite frankly, what benefits me lots of free registrations. It's like the webcams. 100+ freeloaders and 2 members who pay. The Freeloaders bring you nothing and would never pay.
Manyvids and C4S are now the two largest platforms for video and they will remain. It's like having camshows at Skype. You must first be known and nevertheless the traffic is never as high as with Cam sides.
I have 2 more handicaps.
First, the multilingual website. For a language you have to decide, with international audience. English is now the world language. But, there are many Germans and Spaniards who speak only their mother tongue.
I hope Modelcentro will soon introduce multi-language translation. PLS
My 2nd handicap is, I'm 99% at Streamate. It is something different, as with CB or Cam4 or Bongacams. There I may publish the link of my website. Streamate prohibits any publication of external links. What I also consider 100%. The members who want to find me, find me also. I mean it in the form of CB come potentially more video buyers, or a web page. Why change the camsite? Never! I am at Streamate 4 years and this is my camsite.
But still is an honest point. Nowadays only few people book, where they have to pay every month. I had two who had not read that with the returning burdens. If they had known it, they would not have booked. There are those who are not interested and who want to have fun every month.
Let's make the best out of it. Always remain optimistic.

ModelCentro's direct competitor added the possibility for members to buy tokens and spend them on the model's content. I think that would be a great add to MC sites, some days.
One thing I noticed is when i put older Videos into my store they are in the Order in which they were added to my store and not publish date. I dont know if this is a bad thing or not
Made my first store sale yesterday, so at least I know its showing and its working
Ive had a fair few people sign up from Free membership to premium which is excellent! It would be good if MC added more options in regards to payments, but I know these can be difficult to do and can be more costly, I know Paypal doesnt like Adult tanscations, my account was removed because I was selling adult content through it.
I believe both non-recurring payments and multilanguage support for websites are in the plan of development already.
I'm glad more sales happened and hopefully they will be bountiful for everyone on the store.

0 sales from the store. Directly after it was launched I got one guy do a 1 day trial before the free thing was introduced cause he had to have a membership to see the videos uploaded, and then he just streamed everything that day lol. After the free thing was launched 0 paid members have signed up. Did get a few free signups, wish I got an email or something when someone signs up though, I have to manually check to see if there are any free signups each day.
@takiaya, sorry to hear sales are low, I hope once the avatar matter is settled with Andrea there will be more traffic through MCProfits which will convert for you. Also, maybe re-think your marketing approach?
You should be getting an email notification when you have sales on your website, you haven't received it when the user joined?
Hi ya , @Natalie how do we know which store item video solo ? I never recieved an email & also in the transaction list it doesn't say which one was solo just the price .

Doesn't the store sale in transactions list https://modelcentro.com/transactions here have the video title where it says "Join Option" on top for you? It does for me, a bit confused.
I'm not sure the emails are live yet but I know I've written the text so they should be almost done.
In the transaction list it only states "store sale video"
The only way i have found to determine which item has been sold is to scroll through website activity on dashboard.
