The Contest begins at 12:00pm EST October 27, 2014 and concludes at 11:59pm EST on October 31st, 2014.

1) number of tweets with #CentroHalloween, costume picture and site link each counting as 1 entry from model

2) number of retweets of those tweets each counting as 0.5 entry

All entries were added to an entry pool and than a random drawing of winners was done.
