Just go to 'My Site'>'Design'>'Tour'>' choose Change Welcome Video' or 'Change Welcome Text'

I have an issue, i found the option,  i go to My Site'>'Design'>'Tour'>'  but i cant edit anything, it selects something but i cant see it nor edit any option.
