A few thoughts......
I wonder if people would like to have an MP3 upload to the sites.
While people love vids and pics, I wonder if they would also love to listen to sexy mp3's.
Such as a sexy podcast in the members area.
It may be a good way to add extra content to a site, and as most phones can record mp3 in decent quality, its a low cost option.
Another option is text. By this people can write sexy stories for there members. Again, a low cost option.

I've got 3 members who told me that most of all, they love the sexy stories, sext, that's what turn them on and they asked me to write long descriptions for my videos/photos. And I'm thinking of writing sexy stories in the blog part.
We commonly think men are visual creature...I guess I attract more men who are into suggestive content, eroticism and text. So it really depends of your niche. But for sure, softcore and literrature sell.
I also sold a couple of audio recordings in 2014 and my fans loved to hear my "french moans" as they said lol.
