My site and payment has been Hacked
I am freaking out. My payment was not in my account this morning like always. So I checked my dashboard on MC and it says my payment went out. I then checked my account details and it has totally changed to someone Paxum card and there email. Yikes please help. I have contacted support but need this fixed. I also changed my password.

Paxum will sort this problem with MC, there is no way anyone can have a Paxum account & not be located. Both the thief will be found & the money returned

@kris how it come that they hack it u got a request to confirm your payment option on mc or how ? cuz i got now a request to confirm it and ask direct the support but no answer since 15 min ???

centro service all for vacation or why no one answer in dashbord chat ? usually after some min i had someone in line ??? somone else got a request to confirm his payment option ?
problem solved mc send that request every 3 month so no panic

We had situations where models had moved to other places and forgot to change addresses for us to send checks. That's why we decided to automatically ask models to confirm their payment information every three months
