One of the reasons I'm not the biggest fan of hosted solutions over self-hosted. So just thinking out loud here, and sure plenty of you can chime in.

Can you elaborate a little please? Are you looking for graphic design, editing, marketing, or looking to offer those services in exchange for something? (Content I'm assuming?)
