Downloads not working on site

We have just been informed by a reviewer of our site, that downloads are not working on our site - i assume this is a system wide problem?

I also logged in with our admin, and have the same problem, nothing happens after clicking on the download button.

And yes i have downloads enabled.

    Hi guys, we sincerely apologize for this technical issue and for the inconvenience it caused to you and your fans. We are investigating this issue right now and it will be fixed asap. Elly will keep you updated.

    FYI: May be unrelated but the visitor graph on the dash doesn't seem to be working today. No traffic. Also no cancels, rebills or joins showing for March 10th.

    Yeah, same problem with Visitor graph too, showing zero visitors last few days.

    I have had 2 cancellations since these problems now, might have to offer these cancellations a free membership...to get them back
