What to blog about?

I guess this is a silly question but I'm not very good with blogging. What do we say?

I wrote out a welcome blog and am writing a FAQ blog...but not sure what else to say...I've never been very good about talking about myself and I don't know if talking about something like shopping or walking my cat will boost my SEO in a way that's related to the content of my site? lol 

What do we blog about? Any tips?

    If you want to take on the SEO improvement approach think of it this way - what would a user google if hew wants to find your site? Brainstorm 5-7 answers to that question - that's your next posts.

    Another key to constant blogging is - imagine that you're calling a very good friend (one who knows all your secrets), and sharing with them. Pretty much anything is blog-worthy if you "spin" it right.
