One thing I suggest people use is the mobile app.
It lets you do a lot of things.
I use it to upload vids, as I edit a lot of my vids on an ipad and just upload them.
The only problem with the app is for some reason you do not have the option to upload pics.
If you have problems uploading vids from your pc, then see if the app is better.
