Getting paid on time

I am currently in a struggle with modelcentro.

I have received two previous website payouts via wire transfer without any issue but my third is causing a headache.

My third website payout was on December 28 via wire transfer and it keeps getting sent back to them because my beneficiary address is missing.
However, this has never been an issue before and like I mentioned I've been paid twice before without any issue. 
Today it got sent back for a third time and I am just frustrated. Their support doesn't seem to want to help me by giving me the same answer
"will forward to accounting" who does nothing to fix the issue.

Modelcentro has all my banking info, has made two payouts in the past without issue, and is using the same payment info that PORNHUB,ONLYFANS, PATREON has... and they
pay me on time without issue. 

ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM OR EXPERIENCED THIS?? I NEED HELP GETTING PAID!!!

    Update...MODELCENTRO team confirms issue is on their end with their bank. But no one seems to be doing anything about this to help me or get this resolved. I feel like MODELCENTRO has stolen my money and this is giving me anxiety and a broken heart. I feel so betrayed and just sick to my stomach. PORNHUB, ONLYFANS, PATREON all paid on time using the same banking info...this smells rotten.

    This is not good at all! Thank you for the heads up. Both my last two payments processed on time but I didn't have a 28th payment simply because if minimums. I am glad they admitted it is in their end.
