    Mila, hi hun, your site mentions 4k footage, sadly when i checked out the preview, it was only available in 720p, you must make sure you upload in 4k to have 4k available in the download or streaming choice...

    Hi Natalie, Thank your message..x Almost all of my videos have been recorded in 4K however for the trailer I rendered the short trailer in 720p as it is good practice a website and its load times.  4K is 9 times larger of a file size and would make the trailer not load as promptly if a person doesn't have the best internet connection.  Once a member of the site and all my videos are uploaded at least 80% of my videos are 4K and that option would become available when viewing the full movie.x

    you need to explain this on your site then, or just re render the preview vid, it´s not great to see it come up in 720 and be informed it was to be 4k...
