So I've had my fan centro account for about 2 months, and have over the minimum payout in my "all time revenue", but my "next payout" has been stuck at just under the minimum payout. When can I expect to be paid?
My payout method is paxum if that makes a difference?

    Hi there! I will be more than happy to answer your question.
    Every transaction is held for 2 weeks to avoid possible refunds and chargebacks, it's a standard bank procedure.
    Once the transaction is cleared the system adds it to your payout balance. Once the cleared from hold amount reaches the minimum payout amount you've pointed in the payment details the system automatically generates a payout for you.

    If you want to check if your payout is sent out this Tuesday or not, you should go to your Transactions and select time range from 18 Sept 2018 till 22 Oct 2018 (transactions made in this period were already cleared from hold) and check your revenue.
