AFFILIATION CODES AND REDDIT! WE HAVE A BIG PROBLEM!
I saw we started using /r/ format for our affiliation codes.
Thats a problem in reddit.
Reddit reccognizes the /r/ as a subreddit and looks for the address inside of reddit.
Basically it ruines the link code, splits it in 2. people go to the site but not using the code!
Not even hiding the link under a name helps. Here is my post showing the issue
and now it happens here too? My linkcode:

Oh... this is a problem.
Most affiliate programs don't use 'r' as the affiliate code.
Lame.
Hello Ladies.
Do you know any affilates that work/send via Reddit? It's a great and useful resource granted, however, I really wonder if there are any actual MCP affiliates working through it.
Depending on the amount of affiliates working like that we can find either 'local' or 'global' solution for this situation.
On a side-note I just want to clarify that if Reddit actually cuts off everything after /r/ - it's Reddit's bug. Since in this case you provide an absolute URL https://brandynette.com/r/L5ZqkZURwhich should be recognized as one and user should proceed to one when clicking on it.
Seeing from the URL you've pasted - Reddit redo those into 2 separate URL, which is a mistake - since your've provided a single full URL
Thank you for your time.
