Video Restrictions??

I'm sure many women have asked this and I have seen the Visa/Mastercard rules while browsing discussions. My question is this, can I not say the word "daddy" at all? Even if it's a solo video and just dirty talk into the camera? Any feedback appreciated! I know this is a big kink for a lot of people and I was just trying to appeal to a larger audience!

  • NerdyBabe, the word 'daddy' is associated with incest and as such content is restricted for publishing on ModelCentro this word is restricted for the use in content titles and descriptions also.

  • Think thats a little harsh, I'm not advocating incest in the slightest, but the word "daddy" is used in other contexts, especially in the sub/dom community, its like saying you can't use the phrase "doggy-style" because it implies bestiality.

  • On this occasion I do have to agree with BustyVonTease.

Daddy is not saying dad, it's saying big man, strong man, the man, i'll fuck you hard daddy... nothing to do with parents and incest.

I do wonder how youporn had a big advertising campaign in NewYork on a huge board lit up day & night, when they promote nearly any porn free on their site and visa or mastercard can be so harsh.

I notice pissing is in the niche area but pee cannot be said on description.

There's several rules in porn I do not understand. Oh well, live by them and enjoy!

I need serious help with language and fetishes i can use in my site! Hypnosis fantasies are a tabu... Daddy... lolis...

Cant i use fake blood in a goth video? so many sides of BDSM that i dont really know where to start asking
@TheNatalieK True, so many thing one can upload and tag but others not.

Its like on Facebook, one cant post any tipe sex suggestive content but as a work place and education one can put Porn sites and studied any Fetish, ie: Enemas at Pornhub or BDSM sex slave at kink.com

    @SashaGreen
What is the punishment if i upload something against the rules? not intentionaly but cus it was a gray area or any other missunderstanding?.

  • Hi @Bandynette. The list was posted before, please have a look: http://community.modelcentro.com/index.php?p=/discussion/comment/5240/#Comment_5240

This isn't really a restrictions list for us although we support the majority of obviously illegal bans. I do understand how, say, the word "Dream" might mean several things but it is connected to unconcious state and is therefore banned by Visa/Mastercard. Basically, if you want to bill members through credit cards you're stuck with these terms being stop-words. Fines up to 250 000 dollars may be imposed on websites (and platforms) who allow these. As I said - not entirely supportive of all these bans but that's what we have to work with since they are the rules from credit card companies.

  •  There are plenty of people who shoot incestual porn & will use the Daddy that way.

Arguing with MC is pointless, take it up with Visa. How other sites get away with it amazes me.  But one day that might come back to bite them in the ass. Cause if you loose the ability to take Visa, might as well close up shop.

Facebook is NOT the place to advertize porn.   In 2007, 49 States AGs sued them for exposing children to harmful sexually explicit content & failing to protect them from predators.

This is a business and looking at it from the perspective of the  platform, Visa & other companies sites is important. Just not what makes you money.  Absolutely rediculous to think Facebook is going to risk those being brought to court by every AG in America.  Just so you can make a few thousand dollars or less.

Not just America is about to levy major fines onto Twitter for sexually explicit content, racist crap & such.  England, Germany and France are doing it or warning them about it.  Now all of this has been in the works for over a year or more.  If you kept posting sexually explicit pics, gifs & trailers on Twitter you will get shadow banned or ask Natalie what will happen.

How can you NOT care what kids might see? Now several States have declare Porn a public health problem & is about to come after the whole industry.

It is beyond my comprehension how some people who are using these platforms for FREE think their bottom line is more important than that companies.

Before tubes came along the internet was way stricter & just being topless was enough to get you in trouble & banned from sites, groups & such.  Yet, amazingly enough plenty of us made way more money. If you don't know how to be sexy without pussy, dicks & gaping assholes then that is on you.

There is always Smutty.com  :) Owned by MC   where such content is welcomed.

Only reason I am posting &reviving this thread is because rules & laws are about to get more strict.  Twitter has many people I know shadow banned & they have no clue.  And as the Gov from several nations come down on all social media sites & porn tubes is just around the corner.

  • I am trying to cencor on say Twitter but try to take the less revealing screen shot from my video and not post personal nudes there which they go direct on my site. I dont advertise on FB at all but my 420Nurses stuff.

This thread is extremely edicational and thank you for the post
