Watermark your Content!
Watermarking all of your content including pictures, videos, etc, is one of the most important things that you can do as a content producer. Watermarks help users identify the work as your own in case people find it somewhere else online such as a free tube site. If people like a video or picture of yours, they may share it with friends or post it somewhere else online. Most the time however they will not tag you in the post because they don’t want you to know that your content is being viewed for free online somewhere else. A lot of the time when people repost or share your content, they won’t take the time to crop your watermark out. Some watermarks are almost impossible to get rid of without damaging the footage; this is smart because it will prevent thieves from claiming the content as their own.
People have been known to take unwatermarked pictures and use them to create fake online profiles with your image. Sadly almost anything you post can be stolen, if you watermark everything then at the bare minimum people that view the content illegally will know that it is you they are viewing.
You can watermark all of your content automatically with ModelCentro by uploading your logo or watermark to your profile under Settings > Watermarking. You can decide where on the screen to place your watermark so that it will be the same on all videos.
Lots of people will watermark photos and such on their phone with apps. Depending on what your watermark is you can use anything from Photoshop which is more complex to something cheaper and simpler such as Phonto.

I setup my recordings using OBS.
Its easy to use and config and has so many options.
100 of filters and effects for anything one wants to add into the video.
There is a GDI+ overlay. (one can insert text.) in colors, with borders, fonts, animated or doing weird studio effects. Or make it move like a screensaver all over the place to avoid croping one can even give the moving text an angle XD
Do you ever use OBS to watermark the recordings or do you add that later? When you say recordings do you mean cam shows or videos @brandynette
iWatermark+ app is great for mobile.
Watermark.ws is great for laptop/pc.
Videos and Shows are the same thing for OBS. Just 2 Diferent buttons.
If i Liveshow then i dont record since our site saves them.
If i cam then sometimes i record to be safe from users or to cut some cool parts later
Hardcoding the watermark is the best if you use only your site.

I have read that people trust sites more if they are simple and have all the details.
