Sign Up Bug

Can you guys please look into this. I find it really discouraging that potential subscribers have to use a certain browser to sign up. Alot of people wont go through the hassle and will just move on.

Message from my members on a forum:

"Hi! I am trying to sub for the 50% off deal on Decadence XXX but the Centrobill security check thing keeps locking up..I see the temp authorizations on my credit card site but I cant complete the purchase...any ideas? Thanks!



I get this message on the Security verification screen:



Your request could not be completed. Please try again. (apparently some sort of form is supposed to show up?)



PS I have tried through 3 different browsers...Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari"

Message from another user:

"I had the same issue. Try with Mozilla Firefox, solved it for me :)"
