Improving My site

OK, so ive had my site 2 years now; 

Sales Have always been roughly the same, a couple of joins a week, and rebills here and there 

Ive currently got 345 FREE members And only 23 PREMIUM members, Clearly I am doing something wrong?! 

As well as that Ive had 362 people 'Attempt' to join :/ 

Id just love some advice on what I can do to help improve sales? What content could I upload/do more of? 

Any ideas on themes I can video all that good stuff

    Hey ya! I would firstly recommend filming more often & longer videos. I film every day & most of my vids are 10 to 20mins each. I update daily, sometimes older archived unseen gangbang or party footage, occasionally photo sets, but mostly new HD vids.

    If you think of your site as your business, your work, your job, you would normally work most days, so you may aswel spend half an hour a day filming something different, maybe nylons, bathing, wanking, walking, masturbating, anything, something...

    You also can think about sending traffic to other sites, welcoming yours to mine anytime, with an affiliate code, you´d be paid, but see if your traffic prefers a different niche. But more interesting, where´s your traffic coming from, mine´s mainly social media, i´d love more traffic. At the moment, mine´s converting 1:180, you can see this in your "promotion dashboard".

    Thanks for your Advice NatalieK, 

    (sorry only just replying I didnt know you'd wrote) 

    I would love to make content everyday, Unfortuntly at the moment its hard to do, as I have my two year old with me :/ She's not currently in full time nursery so I can only do content, Monday/Wednesday/Friday for a short amount of time. 

    This means I cant actually travel anywhere to shoot either, so all my videos seem to be the same content i.e me wanking on my bed or in my bathroom :( 

    My partner no longer wants to be in my videos due to his own job, so I am pretty much just stuck with Solo content, again its all becoming the same stuff.. 

    Ive tried mixing it up and having other females doing GG, BG and solo content for me, but it doesnt seem to be helping and I cant afford to keep paying models when its not bringing the money back :( 

    Most of my traffic is from Social media, Mainly twitter.. I post as much as I can on there but I have less than 8K followers. Ive tried Affilates and sharing my content on Porhub but nothing seems to bringing in the traffic :/

    An idea, as this is what I do for my members, film what they want to see, at least this way, they get to custom a vid, no fees, you add it as a members video. This way, you´re keeping your members happy, high retention & giving them what they want, not what you think they rather. I.E, send a horny message out to your members saying, so this week, who fancies seeing me play with my feet, toys or maybe take a shower, let me know what you´d like to see...

    hey elizabeth

    when ur partner dont like to be in videos just do pov vids ! cam on head and go for it ;) go on the pawg line and push your booty in focus ;) promote it on xvideos there u get a good traffic and use chaturbate where u link to twitter from there to modelcentro ;) and on pornhub are only freeloader dont waist your time with it ... and remove the free register its only confusing the guys .
