Producer in need of your answer please help
So I am not only talent but I am a producer of material with alot of other talent in them as well, which means I am always in need of payout money. How is the best way to attract talent to my area of this site?

If you want to talk about some guest blogging targeting performers, let me know. My site(s) play well with Google when it comes to model-related queries. Always open to guest blogging opportunities.
I'd also suggest creating a micro-site to generate model leads. It's usually a lot more effective than just having a models wanted section of a site.

Good day @Sezzbious! Please explain a bit more what you mean when you say that you need to attract talent to your area of this site?
Was a typo I meant traffic sorry
I have been working all day studying places to get affiliates that I can use this sites affiliate program. Been going cray on it. I even posted the affiliates link on facebook a few times and tons of times on twitter today. How to use the URL for the affiliates program here to attract marketers???
@Sezzbious, first, make sure you're completely ready to make sales and your website is attractive for promotion. Affiliates look for sites that will sell and rebill, so there should not be flaws with design, or traffic leaks, or noone will want to promote you. You also should make a folder online (in dropbox or google drive) with promo items - banners, sets of 12-16 images, clips/trailers of vidoes - and make sure you reach out to all affiliates who sign up to promote you with the promo items folder - so they have the content at hand and can go on with promotion.
Once that preparation is done, it's a good idea to look for affiliates - do it via affiliate forums, this community (there's the section http://community.modelcentro.com/index.php?p=/categories/affiliates-and-affiliate-marketing where you should make an announcement that you're welcoming affiliates, include your site and mention that you've made promos for them to use).
There's also a lot of threads on the forum tagged Promotion that you want to check out: http://community.modelcentro.com/index.php?p=/discussions/tagged/promotion
Im not sure what traffic leaks are. Is that like traffic that comes in then leaves with buying?
@Sezzbious, check out my other thread:

to attract talent is not usually the way a producer finds models, you need to head hunt.
Which country are you in, you could search Twitter or adult talent websites.
Twitter Do lots of promos on it, join every model you know shoots porn. Retweet them & network. Lots of them who have their own sites & clip stores will do trade shoots. Many of them need professional videos & Pics.
Just don't fuck or hit on them. No matter how many say they are nice & not the creepy guy. 99% ofthe time you are the creepy guy. Can't be in this biz to get laid.
Yeah what is a trafic leak????
@Brandynette - say a webmaster sends your website traffic through their promotion links, then those users don't join your website but go on to your cam room and spend money there - they don't get paid for it because their promotion was only tracking the sale to your website, not to the cam room elsewhere. So this is called a traffic leak.
So basicaly what i am doing with my PH profile....... hmmm... does bother me somewhat now....
@Brandynette, you really don't want to diffuse your sales funnel. If a member comes in and smack in the middle of the page they land on there's a big "Here's my free porn" link, how many of them are actually going to consider buying a subscription?
You can still promote your PH profile, but what I would do is write a blog about it every once in a while and make sure it's not displayed on your home page (may vary by skin). So, those already browsing your website 3-pages deep might stumble upon it but it won't affect those who are there as potential customers.
Natalie Yes, that is what i was thinking
And its done. I will write a blog this weekend
