HonestPornReviews complaining about MC Affiliate program
I submitted my site to be reviewed the other day, this is one of the emails they sent me --- to be aware of.
"Question: Is it possible to go through CCbill affiliate program, Model Centro is a bit of a problem as no way to track what sales are for in their stats dashboard and it’s a losing program for us, we have spent so much more on reviews than they have made on sales , and we have reviewed 10 of their sites already"
They also said they rarely could get ahold of support. I think it's annoying and IDK why he's complaining to me, just review my site. At this point I don't even know if he's going to because all he's done is bitch. So, just a heads up on this review site.

We'll reach out to them. It's weird, I see no tickets from them to support at all... maybe I'm not looking in the right place. please tell them to hit up affiliates at modelcentro.com. We were going to add them to promo offers list in some time, like we do with RabbitsReviews.
Good heads up Hayden. We work with a few affiliate programs and complaining to the talent about the program is the last thing I would ever do... That's just a 'bad tone'.
Anywayz, please hit me up at ceo at modelsfan.com so we can get you promoted on our site. Which we would love to do.
@Natalie - I let him know to contact you guys.
@Mr. Sexy - thank you, I'll def send you an email!
They also sent an email just now to my content MC site that I requested to be reviewed.
They said:
"Please be paitent we are waiting for MC to fix their stats system we have no idea how long that will take them I was speaking to them this morning, they are a bit of a mess."
This is the first whiney affiliate I've dealt with. I told him to let me know when he'd do my review and I'll put his recip link back up.
Speaking as an affiliate and webmaster, websites should strive to be comprehensive and improve user-experience, even if it means less-than-profitable. You look at my site, for example, and you'll see networks listed that have *NO* affiliate program, much less a model referral program. It's like that on all the sites I run, which there's a fair portfolio under my belt.
When profits is the *ONLY* scope of a site, they lose focus on the the user-experience, which should be the main focus. What's even more insulting, is that an affiliate program is made available. "It's a losing program" doesn't equal "We don't make any money off it, so we refuse to post sites hosted by them".
So that means if you had an individual site, built on the WordPress platform, they wouldn't host it either, right? That implies that it has to have a profitable affiliate program for the site to be added at all, right?
And for a domain name "Honest Porn Reviews", that's kind of a contridiction.
I'm sorry for the rant, but webmasters like that really bother me and I feel that it makes the entire affiliate community look like a bunch of scammy blackhats that will twist the truth for referrals and profits.
Holy shit, help an independent model out, too. You're not working with a professional studio here, these are independent girls. Not only that, but from analytics and conversion rates, I can tell you that "real homemade porn" is something that people are searching for and actually converting on. They should be championing that, for the same of traffic, and if doesn't covert, for the cross-sell oportunity.
We reviewed this site back in February 2016. It was a pretty good one too and you can see it here
We resolved any issues we had with Model Centro stats and link codes and support a long long time ago and have reviewed many of their sites. In the beginning there were issues we were dealing with, when they were fairly new and before they introduced their Dashboard, but all has been great with them for a quite while now.
