Anti piracy agencies.
There probably are some people who have no clue how to fight content piracy. So just sharing our experience.
We had been working with dmcaforce.com for a while and here is our expirience:
The price depends on how many content leaks you have. For us it was 60$ a month.
They automaticly scan all the pirate sources and google results. Then few times a week a human manualy aproves the links and send take down requests.
The agency has nice account manager where you can see which links they found. There was a lot of our stuff on the sites google doesn't show. Really helped us to focus our attention on most problematic forums to which we sent dmca's letter manualy by ourselfs to be sure it will be deleted fast.
What i liked: We've got cleared google results without illegal links. Also we've got our content deleted from almost all pirate sources even from those we never knew they exist.
What i didn't like: They don't have a chance to separate promo content and pirate content so we ran a contract without tubes scanning because we have a lot of promo on tubes and don't want it to be deleted.
Also i didn't like the fact the links are aproved few times a week. We wanted much faster reaction.
And the last they don't have a program to work with captcha, so if pirates decode the links with wcrypt or by other method agency can't get the direct links in the case if there are hundreds of them (to much time for manual work)
So dmcaforce.com is really nice agency to start from. I'm sure they can give more attention and speed to your account for higher price. But we would like to try some other agencies and now are setting up an account on xtakedows.com
They have aportunity to work with capcha and manualy check results twice a day. Also they separate promo content. The price for our site was set to 120$ , I'll let you know about our expirience with this agency also.

I've got an agreement with DMCA512 (great company) where I'm able to offer their services value-added through a studio agreement. Outside of DMCA, there's other ways to remove content. 2257 complaints, harrassing their advertisers, ect. If interested, feel free to shoot an email to info@webcamstartup.com.

Doesent watermarking help since its like advertisement when they watch the file?

Just to add my experience Pornhub.com gives free DMCA Takedowns. One can really target specific location once in contact with their support. One just cant use the uploaded content on any FREE website anymore. BTW If one has a profile in PH one get uploaded to the other main PH family tubes.
I had no issues with the FHGs or ZIP pakages beeing taken down by PH so far...

How do these agencies work on forum pages?
Searching Google alone is not enough. Nevertheless, the members who are logged into the forums are accessing the download.
Or how do you deal with this?
Facts:
I checked the ranking of my website a few days ago with Google and found a forum page.
This forum page is known for the distribution of robbery, of all kinds.
Here, members can post links to free-download sites, such as http://uploaded.net. Where these members uploaded these videos.
On this forum there are 1000+ videos of Mydirtyhobby.com and hundreds of girls are affected.
I am also at Mydirtyhobby and have found 3 videos of me.
I have written these download pages and these pages have easily deleted these uploads.
Mydirtyhobby ignores it. There are indeed buyers on their website. By statistics
I was able to accurately identify the buyer of the videos.
Brandy I believe whether right down there is now a watermark is no one bothering. (As a viewer, who brings such a robbery)
It is only for the identification that it is your video.
I do not bother with a movie on the TV, the name of the TV station top left.
Xtakedows has huge list of xxx pirate forums and threads they monitor everyday. You can send them links to the new threads with your content. Most of forums easely delete the posts with links but there are some posters who use encription for links to filelockers. When you have to answer capcha question to get a link to the file locker. It is the time when you can spend hours getting links manually or leave it to professionals. as i said before we left dmcaforce because they were unable to fight with encripted urls. I'm not sure how xtakedowns does it but they easyly encript the urls and get to file lockers fast.

I talked again today with Mydirtyhobby.com and they told me that for this reason they have shut down the download. The videos at Mydirtyhobby.com are only available as stream.
tbh, content theft will always happen, there´s many mainstream videos available on the net & still people enjoy watching them either in the cinema or waiting until they are shown on TV.
Whilst it´s a great idea to take down these pirates, I recommend to models not to stress over stolen content & to continue to provide new content for your members to enjoy!
While those watch our stolen videos, many people still appreciate your site & it´s a cost to stop these theives. Enjoy your work, enjoy your paying customers & forget the trolls and the thieves.
