Feature Request - History Page

Hi there,

today I got a review from RabbitReviews. One issue was that there is no info when photos and videos were updated. The criticism ist totally right, I missed that info too.

Feature Request: History Page

I suggest a page e.g. 'Content History' where all updates are listed. The page has to be showen to guests (public) and member to get a quick overview about the update history.

Such a page is very easy to realize because all the information is available on the site.

Another simple solution could be to allow custom pages on the site. With a simple custom page I can make a history page myself.

Regards,

Sandra

  • Hey, I'm not sure I got it, but isn't that what the calendar does already ?

Yes, Sharleen is absolutely right, you can use calendar for this :)

I've seen reviews from Rabbit for other MC models, fellow camgirls, and it seems Rabbit reviewers aren't specialized in solo model sites at all.

They don't even read/check all the stuff we offer, they focus on the videos mostly, like it seems they just open the videos/photos menu tab and make the review judging only that. Not caring if we offer special or free services to members or if we interract with them and how.

They don't understand how a camgirl sell herself, what our members expect and basically what is this niche all about, they just give us the same treatment as wannabe pornstars.

They also don't get that we don't record ALL our shows done on the site. If they see only 4 recorded show they'll assume we did only 4 shows.

I wouldn't judge a solo model website based on a pornsite review at all (especially if she's a cam model) ...

  • I think it's the matter of reviewers 1) As Sharleen said, misunderstanding what a solo site is like and what it's for and 2) Simply wanting to add something original to their review, even if not true or called something else. This is an obvious mistake - you calendar does exactly what they were requesting. I've had occasions when RR said the site wasn't mobile-friendly, when obviously all MC-based sites are adaptive, and we had to dispute and get that corrected for a model. So - keep an eye on your review, allow for human error - they're usually nice and will update quickly if you spot a flaw.

Also, think about the review site's perspective. If they think the site has flaws and will post that it doesn't, their users will never buy another subscription based on the review. That is their standpoint. So, if you order the review promo option - make sure your site gets a good review through multiple updates, unique perks and other things to make you stand out. They review several sites a day - they are bound to fall into cliches if what they see is very basic and standard.
