Affiliate setup issue

Hi All,

I'm trying to activate the promotion offer from Rabbit Reviews. However, down bottom it asks for Category + Exclusive content but it won't let me make a selection, just drops down with Select category/select exclusive content.

I have tried both firefox & chrome to no avail.

Suggestions?
