I've shot for years and can do anything there. But the website stuff baffles me... Help
Theres an old saying I live by, "do one thing great or many things good". For a very long time I have done production camera, stills and lighting. I would hire a gardner to fix my teeth or have a farmer do my accounting. I need a web person who is very familiar with what needs to be done here so i can see it grow into a sucessful venture. Your main problem is your site has no content at the moment.
You need to show your site is worth joining, and once joined people stay and re-bill.
Sadly this is not 2001, where evertyone was making money from porn with ease.
You have the advantage of having lots of models (I presume) and being exclusive (I presume). This helps over a solo model site.
One thing you need to think about is what your site/content is about.
Is it fetish or what?
List what niches you cover.
Work out what makes you/your site different, or as its refered to in marketing, your usp.
Once you have content on your site, then build up a fan base.
Go on forums and post.
Get the models you shoot to promote your site on there twiter sites.
Things you may consider worth pointing out on your site are such as the models you have shot, equipment used.
One thing that may build you up a big fanbase is post some vids on porn tubes. Xhamster is a good one and will also add a link to your site. A good film can easily get 100k of hits/views. And many sales.
And as your get popular other affiliates will want to promote your site.
