I'm two days old here! Getting a lot of traffic so far, so I'm thrilled! However, I'm getting some feedback that I don't have a lot of content.

Welcome to ModelCentro! Your site looks really good... I love the theme and color scheme you picked. I would maybe add more text on the homepage describing the kind of content guys can expect to see on your site. And make sure you go back and add "tags" to your videos and photosets. This will allow your members to sort through your content by those tags, which will be very helpful once you have more content. Will also get you a better score if you submit to review sites.
Which, speaking of, once you have at least 25 content items (the more, the better), you should start submitting to review sites such as RabbitsReviews, FreeOnes, Honest Porn Reviews, etc. It will definitely get you more traffic. Just make sure you're updating with new content on a regular basis. I'd recommend at least one new photoset and one new video every week.

To be just 2 days old it's a good start! Congrats. However, yes I would suggest to add some more... you can easly schedule some release for the weekend and next week so you don't publish everything at once.
Here some little things that I noticed. Login/Join page image I personally would choose different pics just to diversify. You can also publish some blog post or at least your first one
I would suggest to activate the affiliate program and to prepare some promo material (banners or teaser videos).

Welcome, awesome site and love the curvaceous pix! I'd only look for a better image for the join me/splash page. It could be a bit better quality to entice the members to join. I would also recommend running a blog, it livens up the site and gives you a direct avenue of communication with non-members.
there is not enough plus size models on here and let me say MEN love big women. your site looks great, it made me want to join for sure. Will this be a solo site or are you also looking for models to work with on cam?
