How Come I don't receive Emails for sign ups

Hi peeps,

Just wondered how come I wasn't receiving sign up  cancelation e,mails any more .... I didn't change any thing ? Do i need to tick some thing

    Looks like your email client blacklisted our mail servers - I've had trouble reaching you as well. Jon will be in touch to help you fix this.
