    A word of warning when it comes to Instagram hashtags, its my understanding that if you are private on Instagram your hashtags will only work with people who already follow you, I think once you are private (and I recommend being private on instagram for a number of reasons) your hashtags are blind to non-followers.

    Also I firmly believe Instagram searches for hashtags to chase inappropriate accounts, sadly most of us have learned the hard way that Instagram have a very low tolerance of nudity or anything of a sexual nature, and filling your posts with hashtags just might be a red-flag to them.

    Feel free to correct me, I'm a bit of an old pro when it comes to life on Instagram, and I've learned you need to fly under their radar.
